Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages Africa (CCBA) presents an exciting opportunity for an Administrator: Stores to join the Mozambique team at CCBA. The role will report to the Specialist Inventory.
CCBA is the 8th largest Coca-Cola authorised bottler in the world by revenue, and the largest on the continent. It accounts for over 40% of all Coca-Cola ready-to-drink beverages sold in Africa by volume. Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Inventory Transaction Processing: Capture and process daily stock receipts, issues, and returns accurately on the ERP system to maintain reliable inventory records.
- Stock Availability Support: Assist in monitoring raw material levels against the production plan and flag potential shortages to the Team Leader for timely action.
- Stock Count Administration: Support scheduled stock counts, record variances, and assist in reconciling discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate stores documentation, filing, and records, and prepare routine inventory reports for the Stores team and management.
- Supplier & Customer Query Support: Log and follow up on queries from suppliers and internal customers, escalating quality and service issues promptly.
- Health, Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to health and safety procedures, maintain good housekeeping in the stores area, and support regular safety audits.
Skills, Experience & Education
Education
- A relevant certificate or diploma in Stores/Warehouse Administration, Inventory Management, or Supply Chain
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Exposure to and knowledge of ERP systems
Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience in a stores, warehouse, or inventory administration environment
- Experience with stock counts and inventory data capture
Skills
- Accurate data capture with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain organised stores records and documentation
- Maintain effective communication with the Planning team and internal stakeholders
- Ability to identify and escalate stock and quality issues
- Understanding of health and safety practices in a stores environment
