Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Coordinator to join our team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or field. As a Client Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, comfortable working remotely, have excellent persuasive skills, and the ability to handle rejection.



  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings, conference calls, and virtual presentations.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base.
  • Handle client objections and rejections with a positive and persuasive attitude, striving to find suitable solutions to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, interactions, and sales activities.
  • Monitor client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products or services and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively promote our products or services.



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a client coordination or related role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present information and communicate with clients.
  • Proven ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating self-motivation and organizational skills.
  • Strong persuasive skills to overcome objections, handle rejection, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions that meet clients’ needs.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
