Education:

• Grade 12
• English is a must
• Experience with recruitment Process
• Mass recruitment is a plus

Recruitment Officer Job Description:

• Candidate screening
• End to end recruitment process for technical and
• junior positions,
• Overseeing mass recruitment and project
• recruitment
• Managing database,
• Candidate Mapping
• Creating candidate long and short list for each
• position,
• Interviews, Assessments and Reports,
• Assist in tender drafting
• Provide the regular feedback to candidates
• Screen potential candidates
• Do reference checks
• Participate in massive recruitment projects.
