Job Description

Coca – Cola Beverages Africa has an exciting vacancy of Human Resources Coordinator at one of our Mozambique Bottlers – Matola-Gare Plant which is the leading producer of various flavors in Mozambique for the last 30 years. This is position reports directly to the Human Resources Business Partner with no subordinates reporting to this position. The incumbent will be responsible of provide administrative support to HR Business Partner and first line query resolution support to internal customers, ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness, and excellent customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems;
• Coordinate recruitment activities;
• Ensure schedules and procedures are in place for the maintenance of H&S and GMP standards -Manage canteen, transport, cleaning factory and other HR services providers;
• Be the source of reference to all staff on Policies and Procedures;
• Keep up to date with changes to employment and other relevant legislation and HR best practices;
• Assist HR Department in the implementation and management of salary administration program;
• Maintain employee files and HR records updated and organized;
• Conduct the process of induction for new employees, conduct disciplinary process.

Skills, Experience & Education

• Honors Degree in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or relevant field;
• 3 to 5 years of experience working at HR or related fields;
• Good knowledge of Mozambican labor legislation;
• Excellent problem solving ability; -High energy levels, self-motivated and displays initiative;
• Good knowledge of MS Office;
• MSD and Kronos will be advantageous;
• Good in communication skills;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
