TRANSPORTES LALGY IS HIRING: BODY REPAIR TECHNICIAN – TETE

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Perform repairs on damaged vehicle bodies, restoring their structural integrity and aesthetics.

DETAILS OF POSITION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Repair and restore vehicle bodies damaged by accidents, corrosion, or wear.
• Assess the extent of damage and develop repair plans.
• Remove dents, scratches, and other imperfections from vehicle panels.
• Replace damaged panels, parts, and components as necessary.
• Straighten and align vehicle frames using specialized equipment.
• Weld and join panels to achieve seamless repairs.
• Ensure repaired vehicles meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety standards.
• Perform other related activities as directed by the supervisor.

SKILLS:

• Proficiency in metalworking techniques, including welding, shaping, and cutting.
• Experience using various hand and power tools specific to body repair.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and repair manuals.
• Knowledge and adherence to safety protocols and procedures.
• High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification in body repair and welding is an advantage.
