A Aldelia está a recrutar um Supervisor de Serviços para Maputo, em Moçambique.

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES FOR THE ROLE

• Minimum Required Qualifications– Qualified Artisan (Mechanic in relevant Trade) e.g. Diesel Mechanic/Earth Moving Equipment Mechanic.
• Minimum Required Experience– Minimum 5 years post-Apprentice/Learn-ship Experience standing in as Supervisor or as Team-leader on a number of occasions or being a Service planner for at least 2 years.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Achievement of cost Centre financial targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s);
• Effective control of cost Centre expenses
• Planning, scheduling and monitoring job progress and Work-in-Progress (WIP) by using an appropriate planning system (In small operations only where are no planners to fulfil this function);
• Achievement of a team environment that enables maximum productivity and profitability;
• Building a High Performing Team;
• Performance management of team;
• Competency development of team (including 1-hr training);
• On-the-job supervision;
• Staffing & Safety of team and environment;
• Ensure effective communication between team and management;
• Ensure service work is carried out in compliance with quality standards (OEM Guidelines);
• Apply COMPANY leadership philosophy;
• Apply Warranty policies and procedures; this includes Warranty decisions and Service investigations;
• Managing Customer Relationships and Information;
• Maintain all levels of standards and procedures as per company standards and contamination control standards;
