MozParks is recruiting a Sales Manager to support the execution of sales activities across its projects. The role is responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating sales processes, supporting commercial negotiations, and ensuring effective follow-up from initial contact through to agreement.
The Sales Manager will work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between commercial objectives, marketing support, and operational delivery.

ROLE PURPOSE

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales activities, managing client relationships, and converting opportunities into signed agreements for MozParks’ projects and services.
This role focuses on active sales execution, relationship management, and commercial follow-up, ensuring that leads are properly managed, proposals are developed, negotiations are handled professionally, and deals are closed in line with company objectives. The position requires strong commercial judgment, excellent organization, and the ability to work closely with Marketing to ensure sales efforts are properly supported.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales Execution & Deal Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead registration to contract signature
  • Engage with prospective clients, partners, and investors in a professional and structured manner
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals and offers
  • Lead negotiations within agreed parameters and escalate when required
  • Ensure timely follow-up on all sales opportunities

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process
  • Understand client needs and align MozParks’ offerings accordingly

3. Commercial Analysis & Market Understanding

  • Maintain a good understanding of MozParks’ products, projects, pricing structures, and commercial terms
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
  • Provide inputs to management on pricing, positioning, and demand
  • Support the identification of new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Marketing team to design targeted sales campaigns

4. Sales Planning & Organization

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and pipelines
  • Track leads, meetings, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Ensure all sales documentation is complete and properly archived
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet agreed targets

5. Internal Coordination

  • Maintain effective internal coordination to support smooth and efficient sales execution.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure commercial feasibility and compliance
  • Coordinate internally to resolve client questions and move deals forward
  • Ensure that commitments made during sales discussions are realistic and aligned internally

6 Reporting & Accountability

  • Report regularly on sales activities, pipeline status, and closed deals
  • Highlight risks, delays, and challenges in a timely manner
  • Contribute to sales forecasts and planning

REQUIRED PROFILE

Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and judgment
  • High level of organization and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
  • Practical understanding of marketing and how it supports sales
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English
