TRANSPORTES LALGY IS HIRING: ADT OPERATOR IN MINING OPERATIONS- MOMA

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

Experienced ADT Truck Operator responsible for operating articulated dump trucks at construction sites, mines, and other
construction environments. Competent in complex maneuvers, basic vehicle maintenance, and adherence to safety regulations.

DETAILS OF POSITION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the ADT truck safely and efficiently in various terrain conditions.
• Load and unload materials as per specific instructions.
• Ensure the even distribution of the load to prevent overloading and imbalance.
• Perform daily pre-operation checks on the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
• Identify and report any mechanical or safety issues to the supervisor.
• Strictly follow workplace safety norms and operational procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Regularly participate in safety training and meetings.
• Communicate effectively with other operators and supervisors to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Coordinate with loader and excavator operators to optimize the loading and unloading process.
• Record and report daily activities and any incidents or irregularities.

SKILLS:

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in mining.
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging environments.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Responsibility and commitment to safety.
• Teamwork and effective communication.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and noisy work environments.
• Need to travel to remote areas depending on project location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven four years of experience operating ADT trucks in construction or mining environments.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license B and specific certifications for operating ADT trucks.
• Valid certification for operating heavy equipment.
• Safety training and first aid certifications are highly desirable
