Job Summary
To procure goods and or services accurately and timeously in order to support policy compliance through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures (SOPs)..
Job Description
- Delivery all commercial and contractual elements of major sourcing initiatives;
- Ensure that supplier and 3rd parties are onboarded following Absa screening process
- Assess the market using online bidding platforms;
- Ensure contract is in line with organizational and external governance;
- Ensure that all contracts signed are loaded and managed.
- Ensure that contract expire and termination control process is in place
- Support on Purchase to Pay (P2P) ensuring regular engagement with Account payables towards settlement of invoices.
Education
- Certificado de Educação e Formação Profissional (FETC): Estudos de Negócios, Comércio e Gestão (Required)
