We are seeking a dedicated HR Assistant to provide efficient and compliant HR services across RA Facilities. This role involves a variety of HR functions including administrative support, recruitment coordination, documentation management, HR systems and procedures, and training facilitation. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting a dynamic HR environment while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide general HR administrative support across all RA Facilities.
  • Maintain and update accurate employee records and personnel files in both physical and digital formats.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including processing timesheets and attendance records.
  • Assist with payroll processing by collecting, verifying, and submitting timekeeping data.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and general support.
  • Manage contractual documentation, including monitoring fixed-term contracts and probationary periods for new hires.
  • Support the resolution of employee complaints and grievances in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and track employee participation in training and development programs.
  • Ensure employee data is accurately maintained across multiple HR systems and databases.
  • Assist in the communication and implementation of the Performance Management System.
  • Provide ad hoc HR support and administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
  • Respond to staff queries and requests for HR-related information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster effective working relationships with a diverse workforce.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of workplace dynamics.
  • Apply practical knowledge of employment law and HR best practices to daily operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Maintain organized and accurate records to support HR compliance and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
