Position Summary

In this role you will be responsible to Implement effective application of Best Practice and efficient processes, to ensure that finished goods are available to meet Customer demand, at the right stock location and with high Freshness, whilst minimizing Cost Providing financial/economic analysis to assure/facilitate the optimal use of commercial resources. Ensures that sales operations adhere to financial legal requirements and Nestlé Accounting practices.
A day in the life of a Customer Facing Executive:
Common Supply Chain RSA+5 responsibilities
- Ensure effective and efficient supply in line with legal regulations.
- A – Monitor and manage the demand planning processes to produce accurate forecast and efficient Demand.
- A – Implement Inter Market Supply Planning best practices and system.
- A – Establish and ensure collaborative and efficient relationship with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
- A – Ensure optimum processing of orders and invoices.
- A – Manage 3rd party and ensure that Nestle standards are applied.
Continuous Improvement
- A – Implement, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reason code.
- A – Implement all possible improvements (operation / communication / customer service / costs).
Specific SC responsibilities/objectives
- Monitor and report infiltrations/ Exfiltration’s within the cluster.
- Liaison with distributors within the Country for DF commitment and constant review.
- Liaison with Head Sales Operations Manager for projection on key matters.
- Actively involved in Global transports and giving feedback to SOM.
- Review overall business for the Country + projections to check where we stand and actions needed to achieve targets.
- Ensure full alignment of the sales team(s) towards financial processes (period-end closing, forecasting, annual resource allocation) to ensure transparent and accurate monitoring of TTS and Sales Force related MGE’s.
- Identify areas of risk & opportunities to reach targets and execute action plans to close any gaps. Co-ordinate with Sales Operations Manager on action Plans and KPI’s to ensure alignment of strategies.
- Receivables Management and Overdue controls including Key Accounts.
What will make you successful?
- University degree in Economics/Logistics/Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of D&SP and imports and/or customer service is essential.
