A Aldelia está a recrutar um Estagiário de Administraçã opara Maputo, em Moçambique.

Responsibilities:

  • In the company of drivers, go to the fuel station whenever necessary, to refuel the vehicles, and keeping record it in the control notebooks indicated by Internal Audit.
  • Request and FILE all fuel receipts, whenever you go to the petrol station.
  • Ensure the good functioning of the site in terms of catering, cleanliness, maintenance, stationery.
  • Delivery/ collection of documents and goods, pickup and welcome of visitors, front desk, events of the site.
  • Coordinate the safe reception of visitors.
  • Supervise and coordinate the services necessary to the site: Postal, Taxi, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Phone.
  • Execute daily operations (going to the Banks/public institutions/etc).
  • Manage and control stock for goods that are required on the site including Water, Coffee/Tea, Stationery.
  • Coordinating the cleaning of the office through the company contracted for this purpose.
  • Organize the catering of the events of the site and give the necessary support in the organization.
  • Assistance on organizing the Events of HR.
  • Receive and manage the complaints from Employees and, report to HR Manager.
  • Elaborate the internal and external letters / documents with the Supervision of HR Manager.
  • Ensure the good functioning of the site in terms of Catering, Cleanliness, Maintenance, Stationery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the services necessary to the site: Postal, Taxi, Cleaning, Catering, Security, Phone.

Qualifications:

  • Ongoing or completed university studies in Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of stock management, logistics, and administrative operations.
  • Basic understanding of accounting (for receipt and fuel consumption control).
  • Ability to draft formal documents (letters, memos, reports).
  • Familiarity with processes such as procurement requests, event organization, and vendor/service coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience.
  • Driver’s License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SharePoint.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and responsible.
