Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

 

FUNCTION

Reporting to the C&P Manager and the C&P Business Services Manager, the main activities of the function are to manage procurement processes delivering best quality in time and at the optimal cost for TEPMA1; to provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts / Pos; to successfully prepare, negotiate and administer a broad range of complex, technical and high value/risk purchases; participates in the processes of the contracts and procurement entity by performing the following tasks: work closely with the technical team to create the contracts / purchase order (PO) dossier, develop a clear definition of contractual responsibilities and discuss the agenda including: perform to procure to pay process for goods and services (prepare the request for quote / call for tender documentation and specific tender and tender evaluation process in line with company procedures); issue minor services contracts and purchase orders (liaise with the relevant technical teams (DUET) to ensure that the technical requirements are adequately incorporated into the tender process; administer the all the Purchase orders, change orders and relevant tender documentation and filing; keep informed of best practices in contracts & procurement procedures in other entities for improvement of C&P practices in TEPMA1; handle the processing of purchase requisitions (PRs); analyze all PRs expressed by partner entities to ensure that adequate material specification, budget authorizations and relative cost centers have been provided to finalize S.O.W and propose the bidder lists according to the nature of the requests; issue RTAs in duet with Partner Entities in charge of the request; ensure compliance of the procurement process with all internal company rules (including company’s code of conduct) and all applicable laws and regulation; be in constant alignment with H3SE company rules, procedures, instructions and applicable legislation; take the necessary measures to avert immediate threat of danger; exercising caution as necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations; participate actively in H3SE meetings, training sessions and drills and co-operate actively in the execution of H3SE plans; to manage procurement processes delivering best quality in time and at the optimal cost for TEPMA1; to provide a quality, cost-effective and time efficient contracts / Pos; to successfully prepare, negotiate and administer a broad range of complex, technical and high value/risk purchases.

 

Requisitos

  • Diploma in a relevant area;
  • Intermediate level in Purchasing Technical Competencies required;
  • Basic or intermediate on other technical competencies;
  • C&P tools Intermediate certification required;
  • Professional experience of 5-6 years within the Oil & Gas industry or similar;
  • Good command of English language;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Basic Management skills;
  • Intermediate Human Relations skills;
  • Problem Solving and Planning / organizing / coordinating / controlling, intermediate negotiation skills.
