Recruitment Officer Job Description:
- Candidate screening
- End to end recruitment process for technical and
- junior positions,
- Overseeing mass recruitment and project
- recruitment
- Managing database,
- Candidate Mapping
- Creating candidate long and short list for each
- position,
- Interviews, Assessments and Reports,
- Assist in tender drafting
- Provide the regular feedback to candidates
- Screen potential candidates
- Do reference checks
- Participate in massive recruitment projects.
