Probe Mining Mozambique is recruiting a Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that quarterly customer surveys are completed, identify areas of improvement and come up with interventions. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to be >90%;
- Ensure Sales Transformation Implementation by completing white space analysis and CRM completion month end;
- Effective use of CRM to record customer activities as per the diagnostic sales process month end. Monitor Technical MIT (Medicals, inductions and training).
- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities;
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered;
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling;
- Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations;
- Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
- Keep up with all marketing trends, promotional opportunities and always sell the customer the best possible solutions for their needs;
- Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following and defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations;
- Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face;
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring;
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
- Selling of solutions to the customer per quarter. Ensure trend analyses are done;
- Two customers to be acquired within a quarter;
- Five customers to be acquired per quarter, once-off purchases ;
- Weekly & quarterly team meetings attendance 0/10 points & Call report to be submitted on Friday;
- Implement digital transformation to improve efficiency of your work.
- Assist all Customers where needed with any fitment or adjustment requirements.
- Attendance of Product Training and IDP related programmes and drive your own IDP yearly;
- Ensure attendance of performance reviews each quarter and submission of relevant evidence;
- Ensure attendance of Safety & HR Induction.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures as well as confidentiality agreements.
Qualification and Experience
- Matric / Grade 12 + National Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Product understanding
- 3 – 5 years previous experience as a Sales Rep in Automotive industry/Mining
- Valid Driver’s license
- Computer Literacy
