Probe Mining Mozambique is recruiting a Sales Representative

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quarterly customer surveys are completed, identify areas of improvement and come up with interventions. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to be >90%;
  • Ensure Sales Transformation Implementation by completing white space analysis and CRM completion month end;
  • Effective use of CRM to record customer activities as per the diagnostic sales process month end. Monitor Technical  MIT (Medicals, inductions and training).
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities;
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered;
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling;
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations;
  • Analyse the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports;
  • Keep up with all marketing trends, promotional opportunities and always sell the customer the best possible solutions for their needs;
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following and defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentations;
  • Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face;
  • Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring;
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction;
  • Selling of solutions to the customer per quarter. Ensure trend analyses are done;
  • Two customers to be acquired within a quarter;
  • Five customers to be acquired per quarter, once-off purchases ;
  • Weekly & quarterly team meetings attendance 0/10 points & Call report to be submitted on Friday;
  • Implement digital transformation to improve efficiency of your work.
  • Assist all Customers where needed with any fitment or adjustment requirements.
  • Attendance of  Product Training and IDP related programmes and drive your own IDP yearly;
  • Ensure attendance of  performance reviews each quarter and submission of relevant evidence;
  • Ensure attendance of Safety & HR  Induction.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures as well as confidentiality agreements.

 

Qualification and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12 + National Diploma in Sales & Marketing
  • Product understanding
  • 3 – 5 years previous experience as a Sales Rep in Automotive industry/Mining
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Negotiation Skills
