Role purpose:

Provide Customer value management strategy and operational execution. Define, manage and deliver the programs and activities in order to maximize the customer lifetime value through proposition development, business case design, ROI tracking, assessment, and overall product performance management.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Develop and execute customer value management strategy to maximize customer lifetime value and base value contribution to overall service revenue;
  • Customer Experience;
  • Manage customer value segments discretely and all direct marketing campaign execution and significantly improve ROI;
  • Provide assistance and guidance to the CVM Team;
  • Identify customer and commercial opportunities through rich insights.

 

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

  • Knowledge of GSM, CBM and CVM concepts and trends;
  • Project Management – experience with management of large project teams achieving deadlines;
  • Ability to create, lead and inspire high-performing teams and to influence EHOD and Director level staff and 1:1 situations;
  • Ability to identify segmented opportunities and to create propositions and GTM strategies;
  • Presentation and communication skills – written and oral.

 

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • University degree in Commercial or Information Technology related areas.
  • A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a management role within an innovation function with cross-functional exposure.
  • Project management certification and experience will be an advantage.
  • Experience in interfacing between business and technology;
  • Strong planning and networking skills.
  • Familiar with the agile principles.
