Graphic Designer

Job Purpose

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual materials that support the company’s marketing, communication, and business objectives, while ensuring consistency with the organization’s brand identity and alignment with the local market context.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop graphic materials for internal and external use (flyers, posters, banners, brochures, presentations, promotional materials, etc.)
• Create visual content for social media, digital campaigns, and advertisements
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications
• Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Communication teams to support campaigns and initiatives
• Prepare final artwork for printing and digital publication
• Adapt designs for different formats and platforms
• Edit and retouch images when required
• Manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferred)
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or equivalent
• Portfolio demonstrating previous design work

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Requirements

• Experience in digital design and social media content creation
• Basic knowledge of photography or video editing

• Understanding of the Mozambican market and cultural context
