The main tasks of the position are as follows:
Delegation of Authorities – Assisting the Internal Control Manager in:
Ensuring consistency between signed forms, publication in central database, and implementation in the variouss Systems, inc. SAP;
Proposing and carry-out corrective actions.
Company Management System, assisting the Internal Control Manager in:
- Maintaining the document register, in particular ensure its consistency between the Sharepoint and the NewProdom;
- Animating the CMS process, including identification of new documents (and numbering) or update of existing documents, and the workflow for drafting documents to issue;
- Uploading the approved documents.
- SOX Process;
- Actively assists management with Supervision of the SOX process of the entity, including answers to Entity Level
- Controls (ELC) questionnaires and activity level control (ALC) design, execution and testing;
- Assists the team in working with control owners on remediation efforts;
- Administers SOX tools and supports users of the tools.
Candidate profile
What we are looking for:
Student in last year of University in Accounting / Finance / Economics, or recent graduate
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Knowledge of SAP useful

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Team player
- Autonomy and curiosity
- Proactivity
