Commercial Sales Manager: Maputo, Mozambique
Are you a high-performing Sales Manager achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing a diverse sales team?
Responsibility
- The main purpose of the position is to achieve and exceed sales targets by managing the Sales Representatives.
- Coaching the team towards generating new business, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of the RM’s is key to the success of this role.
- Acquire competitor information as well as industry developments and network with potential customers and business partners in an effort to promote Cartrack’s Fleet Management Solution and VAS
- Achieve CRM targets, utilize the system to enable increased sales outcomes
- Develop competencies and processes required to create an effective and efficient sales team
- Prepare monthly forecasts/budgets
Requirements
- Successful experience as a Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience managing and coaching a Sales Team
- Solution orientated
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- High level of EQ with strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at Intermediate/Advanced Level
- CRM applied experience
- Own transport
