Vacancy for WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate in any area: Bachelor’s degree preferred;
• More than 10 years of experience in auto warehouse (IMPERATIVE);
• Computer knowledge and experience in any warehouse management system;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken & written).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for increasing sales;
• Gain a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements;
• Expand the relationship with existing customers;
• Serve as a communication link between key customers and internal teams;
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and handle complaints;
• Prepare regular reports.
