Position Overview
- The position is responsible for the direction, coordination and evaluation of the business operations of the Company in Mozambique, in accordance with the organisation’s policies and all applicable regulatory laws.
Reporting Line of Role:
- Board of Directors
- In Africa (MMA) CEO
Location:
- MOZAMBIQUE
Experience / Requirements:
- An appropriate business post graduate tertiary qualification (e.g. B.Comm and/ or MBA):
- At least 10 years of directly related executive management experience:
- Must have a solid, in depth understanding of the business environment, processes, legislative and industry requirements:
- The successful candidate must be a Mozambican;
- The candidate appointed in this position must be independent and not have any direct shareholding in any shareholder interests in the company or subsidiary companies or must relinquish suchshareholding;
- The candidate must meet all regulatory requirements.
