Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers; suggesting trade-ins; meeting prospects; greeting drop-ins; responding to inquiries; recommending sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models of vehicles
  • Explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, warranties, service availability .
  • Assisting Customers to source for financial assistance from the Banks and other institutions
  • Maintain an up to date customer records
  • Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services,  collects payment; assist in machine delivers machinery.
  • Provides sales management information by completing reports as per prescribed templates.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Completing related paperwork and pre-delivery inspections
  • Keeping existing and potential customers informed about new equipment and sales deals.
  • Attend all training courses required to carry out your job role and continued development within the Group.
  • Any other job that may be given from time to time

Educational Qualifications:

  • Pre university,Degree or  Diploma

Relevant years of Experience:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience on sales and marketing in the automotive area (Only candidates with experience in this area will be selected)
