We are looking for a Cleaning Assistant for the Matola Delegation to join our team and help us achieve our vision and mission.
Our mission is to provide our clients with logistics, projects and mining services in SADC, while our vision is to be the solution in logistics, projects and mining services in SADC.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:

• Ensure the cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance of the company’s premises, providing a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for all facility users.

DETAILS OF POSITION:

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform general cleaning of offices, restrooms, hallways, meeting rooms, common areas, and other spaces;
• Replenish hygiene supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.);
• Properly use cleaning products and available equipment (vacuum cleaners, mops, cloths, buckets, etc.);
• Correctly separate and dispose of waste, promoting hygiene and sustainability practices;
• Take care of the proper use and preservation of cleaning tools and materials;
• Correctly and consistently use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE);
• Report any irregularities in the facilities or equipment to the immediate supervisor;
• Analyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve established goals.
• Collaborate in scheduled cleaning activities (deep cleaning, events, relocations, etc.);
• Comply with occupational health, hygiene, and safety procedures;
• Perform other duties compatible with the role as requested.

• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment;
• Understanding of hygiene and workplace safety practices;
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks;

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Basic education completed (minimum: 10th grade).
