REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of basic or high school education
• Age between 18 and 30
• Residency in the province of Maputo
• Minimum grade of 15 in the last academic level
• Presentation of a poverty certificate

• Authenticated copy of the ID
• Poverty certificate
• Medical certificate
• Certificate of completion of basic or high school education
• Additional documents proving financial situation
